Machines

Our machines are beasts. Each and every one of them. They are the secret of perfecly finished printed materials, in all its forms. For example, we use different machines for offset printing than we do for large format printing and digital printing. Discover which machines run at full speed.

FINISHING

After printing, it’s time for some fine fingerwork. Our finishing specialists adjust the shapes perfectly and add extra cachet and functionalities to your printed materials. Just think of laminating, UV spotting, UV coating or perforating. The following machines ensure the right finish.

Polar cutting machines (x2)
Morgana crease machine
Busch die-cutting machine
SCS Automaberg die-cutting machines (x2)
ST4 collation station – mailings
MBO document folder – mailings
Heidelberg folding machine – mailings
Heidelberg folding machine – cold glue
Heidelberg folding machines (x2)
Heidelberg stitch and folder

DIGITAL PRINTING

With digital printing, we don’t use printing plates. A print-ready PDF file is placed on printing sheets, after which it is sent to a digital press. The digital press reads the files, after which the files are printed on the printing sheets. For digital printing, we use the following printers:

Canon digital press (x3) 32x46cm
Xerox Nuvera digital press 32x48cm

OFFSET PRINTING

With offset printing, we put the printing plates in the printing press. These plates are then exposed with the design, using a laser. The design does not come into direct contact with the paper, hence ‘offset’. For offset printing, we use the following presses.

Koenig & Bauer RAPIDA 106-5-L 47x106 - 8 colors
