Machines

Our machines are beasts. Each and every one of them. They are the secret of perfecly finished printed materials, in all its forms. For example, we use different machines for offset printing than we do for large format printing and digital printing. Discover which machines run at full speed.

After printing, it’s time for some fine fingerwork. Our finishing specialists adjust the shapes perfectly and add extra cachet and functionalities to your printed materials. Just think of laminating, UV spotting, UV coating or perforating. The following machines ensure the right finish.

LARGE FORMAT PRINTING

With large format printing, you can really do anything! You can print on paper, but also on other materials such as cardboard, foamed plates, honeycomb cardboard and even plastic! Whether it concerns displays or exhibition walls, everything is possible. Large format printers are usually used for POS materials. The following printers do the job:

Graphtec FC9000 (lettering) 160x…cm
EasyMount laminating machine 160x…cm
Zünd Digital cutter G3 2XL-1600 274x160cm
Zünd Digital cutter G3 XL-3200 227x320cm
Fotoba cutting tabel (rectangular) 160x…cm
Epson SureColor (roll to roll) (x2) 160x…cm
Océ Colorado 1640 (roll to roll) (x2) 160x…cm
Jeti Tauro H2500 LED (roll to roll and flatbed) 250x…cm

DIGITAL PRINTING

With digital printing, we don’t use printing plates. A print-ready PDF file is placed on printing sheets, after which it is sent to a digital press. The digital press reads the files, after which the files are printed on the printing sheets. For digital printing, we use the following printers:

Ricoh Pro C9200 33x100cm
HP Indigo 7eco 32x46cm

OFFSET PRINTING

With offset printing, we put the printing plates in the printing press. These plates are then exposed with the design, using a laser. The design does not come into direct contact with the paper, hence ‘offset’. For offset printing, we use the following presses.

Heidelberg Speedmaster SM52-2 37x52cm - 2 colors
