Wat ga je doen?

You will be the hub of our administration and an indispensable support for the accounting team. This is a varied role where your eye for detail and organizational talent can truly shine.

Je taken bestaan uit:

Accounting

Posting purchase and sales invoices.
Processing bank statements and other financial transactions.
Assisting in the preparation of financial reports.

Administration

Managing accounts payable and receivable.
Following up on and processing administrative tasks.

Support

Providing support to the finance team.
Actively contributing ideas to improve administrative processes.
Covering for colleagues during their absence.

Wie ben jij?

You are able to maintain an overview, work in a structured way, and interact well with others.

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Management Assistance, Accounting, or have relevant experience in administration or accounting.
Accuracy and punctuality come naturally to you.
You excel in administration and have a talent for following up on details.
You are proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and quickly learn new systems.
You enjoy working in a team and have strong communication skills, both in Dutch and French.
Experience with accounting software (such as Adsolut or Expert-M) is a plus.
